What's the difference between a User and a Guest?
A User is a member of your staff who will be using SmartVault to store or share files. A Guest is someone outside your organization who you might share a file with, like a client or vendor. SmartVault charges by the number of Users at your company, while Guests are always free and unlimited.
What's the difference between plans?
We offer different features depending on your business needs. The best way to compare the plans is to schedule a demo with our sales team to see it in action, and find out which plan is the best fit for your business.
What if I need more users?
